A list of programs/softwares that one must have (again I am talking for myself) other than the basic contents of your p.c

• Anti-virus/spyware/etc.-need I to say WHY?!
• Firefox- its good to have another browser other that the Explorer, it is very useful!
• Microsoft Office (or any software that offers a word processor other than Notepad that can help check your spelling and grammar.)
• Adobe Photoshop (or any photo Editor you prefer like Paint.net- this is different from PAINT ok?!)
• Media Player Classic- it plays almost all types of video files and doesn’t take long to load. (Or any Media player you prefer, or if you want you can stick with the window player)
• Media Converter- I recommend “Total Video Converter”
• Winzip or Winrar-or any file compressor that can help you save disc space
• PDF reader – Adobe reader is cool
• CD/DVD burner software – (I am using Nero) Windows Media Player can only help you burn mp3′s and audio c.d’s
• Desktop Organizer – I recommend “rocketdoc” or “fence”-they’ll help ou keep your desktop look clean and organized!
• Limewire or Torrent Down loader
• VEOH

Optional

• Messenger (Yahoo or Msn or Whatever)- you can have these  on your phone so I don’t really think its that IMPORTANT.
• Emulator for games (like ps, gameboy, nintendo etc) – now you can use them, tomorrow you would be too lazy to use them again (I am talking for myself)
